2 mal sehr schöne und fast nagelneue Autos bekommen. Größere Gruppen als gebucht, zu meinem gebuchten Preis.
So geht Service.
Ich komme nach Weihnachten wieder , bis dahin .

Hat was von Halsabschneider, aber keine Sorge: das gebuchte Auto bekommt man ohnehin nicht.

Charged a lot more than was on the order. Extras such as upfront fuelling and GPS added to order without my consent. Also charged approx. 50 Euro penalty for returning the car 45 minutes BEFORE the scheduled return time. Totally ridiculous. Will never use Avis again , there are better and cheaper alternatives here.

Worst experience, never again will I hire from Avis at this location. Hired car at Dresden APT, got puncture, put on spare and filled up less than 5 Miles from airport. They then gave me a smart car with high mileage for a hire car, no engine in the front (Under the boot!), very slow car, awful. Anyway filled up about 1 Mile before returning car. Credit card ripped for almost 500 Euros over the actual hire charge. One unspecified amount of 70 Euros (Can you actually charge people for stuff that is unspecified?). They also charged for a fuel fill (Both cars were totally full on return) and charged me about 300 Euros, no mention of what that was for, I assume it was how much a tyre costs in Dresden, really expensive. I feel ripped off by this outfit and must warn anyone that they may end up in the same position as me with them. Luckily I have kept the receipt so I have that to fight them with, not that they are taking any notice, they dont care about losing customers. Awful company.
