Station 3 - overhead log-press
Station 4 - skipping hurdles (we jump)
Station 5 - stepping logs / push-ups
Station 6 - leapfrog / tricep-dips
Station 7 - uphill sprint
Station 8 - hand-over-hand bridge
Station 9 - sit-ups
Station 10 - pull-ups
