Insgesamt eilen diese Mitarbeiter bei jedem meiner Besuche immer davon, wenn wir uns noch unterhalten, und verhalten sich wie sehr unwillig, ein einziges Wort mehr auf Englisch zu erklären. Zur Verdeutlichung: Ich weiß nicht, ob dies an kulturellen Unterschieden oder Sprachbarrieren liegt, und bin mir nicht sicher, wie sie mit Deutschsprachigen umgehen. Aber ich würde diese negative Bewertung nicht schreiben, wenn sie einem nicht deutschsprachigen Kunden gegenüber mehr Geduld und Toleranz zeigen würden.

My worst banking experience ever. To clarify, this is my first bank in Germany, so I don't know how good the service is comparing to other banks in Germany. But it's definitely the worst experience comparing to all other banks in several different countries I have been to. A young gentleman and a young lady I met at the front desk are very nice and kind, but one another stuff who looks more senior is rackless and showed no patience. As I can't speak German, I asked for English service upon the opening of my account. However, on my appointment date, that stuff already prepared a book of documents to me on my arrival and asked me to sign without initiative to explain anything in detail. The English of the stuff was also hard to understand. The whole appointment was in a great rush. Besides, I checked in advance if I can get a free account after getting the welcome coupon from city registration. The stuff said yes, and said I can open the bank account first and bringing the coupon within a month, after I registered in the city, to make the account free. However, when I done the city registration in the following week and went back to the bank, they just checked with their colleagues and figured out the bank no longer holds that kind of free account. If they are able to check in advance rather than give me some wrong information, I would not start banking with them. Further, they didn't apologize for this mistake made by their unprofessional behavior and showed no willing in giving any kind of reimbursements.
Overall, on each time of my visit, that staff always rush in walking away when we are still talking and behave like very unwilling in explain a single more word in English. To clarify, I don't know if this is because the cultural difference or language barriers, and not sure how they treat German speakers. But I would not write this negative review if they show more patience and tolerance to a non German speaking customer.
