I waited, on June 6th I called and she stated that she had in fact filed, before she went on vacation. so I thought great. much later and way longer than I was originally told, but at least the process is started. I waited again, and called a week later, she asked me to come in and give them money. I did. and waited and waited and waited. Finally my ex started having issues with the length of the process and was causing enough trouble that I contacted an attorney somewhere else. I was told that this wait is far too long, and is very unreasonable. so I contacted them on the 8th of July and explained that I wanted my money back. she told me that she filed and that I owe her money. I asked for documentation, and noticed that she didn't even file until the 21st of June. When she had told me she filed before she went on vacation on May. and now they want an additional 400 euro from me. These people are scams artists and thieves and will treat you terribly.
